How We Work With You
We want working with us to be easy. You'll have an actual human on the other side putting your trip together and supporting you the whole way through. Every trip is different and things shift, but here's what you can generally expect:
Getting started
Get in touch. Fill out the form below with a few basic details and we'll get started.
We review your request and follow up. If we need more information, we'll ask. If we have everything, you'll get a "we've got it" email from us.
We plan
We get to work. We pull all the pieces together into a proposal for you.
You review the proposal. We'll keep refining it with you until it's right.
Once the proposal is approved, we send a quote for you to sign. This is the detailed version — every small print item and the full cost. Yeah, we don't love it either. But it's the important one, since all your bookings are based on exactly what's in this document.
We book
With your signed quote, we start booking and lock everything in.
You get all your confirmations by email. You may also hear directly from the travel suppliers — those are the same reservations, just coming from the source.
You travel
We stay ahead of your deadlines. As your trip approaches, we'll send you whatever you need to do, right when you need to do it. No need to track any of it yourself.
The week before you go, we'll check in to make sure you have copies of everything and answer any last questions.
While you're traveling, we're on standby. Anything comes up, just reach out.
A note on pricing
Pacific Cascadia Travel, in most cases, does not charge you for its services. A smaller number of complex trips may require a planning fee, which will be discussed and disclosed before any work on these types of itineraries begins.
